  1. What is "Recreation", "Vacation", or "Vacation Investment Property"?
    Really, the answer is obvious. But if you live in a desert or tropical climate, such as Florida, Southern California, the Caribbean, Mexico or Central America, your answer may be different than from one who lives in Seattle, Calgary, Chicago, or Toronto, although your word definitions will be similar. What may be considered residential property to a resident of Scottsdale, AZ, may be thought of as vacation or recreation property to another, living in, say Minneapolis. The point is that this market is huge - one that ranges far beyond your local borders if you are selling this type of property.

  2. What is an Ad Space?
    An Ad Space can accommodate 10 listings. Think of it in printed terms as a block of space displaying up to 10 different property listings. An Ad Space can be purchased for a term of 3,6,9, or 12 months. The longer the term, the lower the price. Property listings within an Ad Space can be replaced or switched for others (load and store up to 2 extra listings in your ad space) and different users can be assigned to your listings. That's especially helpful if a real estate broker or team leader is the registered user.

  3. What is a "Featured Properties" Ad?
    "Featured Properties" Ads display and rotate on the Home Page and on other pages. Advertisers can promote any property listing in one of their Ad Spaces as one of the "Featured Properties" Ads, giving it additional exposure on those pages.

  4. Does www.recreation-vacation-property.com charge a percentage or share in the revenue of any sales?
    No. We are exclusively an advertising medium, and our rates are posted on the Advertise Property page. Go to 'click here for pricing' on the Advertise Property page for detailed pricing and discount schedules.

  5. Do you store credit card information on the site? Is my card secure?
    No, we do not. Your card is secure.  No credit card data is stored, thus all check outs subsequent to the first require another transaction.

  6. Can I switch my 'Featured Properties' Ad between listings?
    Yes. A Featured Property Ad is not limited to one property listing exclusively. Listings may rotate for any period of time during the 6 month term of a Featured Property Ad listing...simply replace your listing with another from your Ad Space at any time.
