Ocean Lakes is an oceanfront community with gated security and 24 hour roving security patrol.  The community offers a recreation center with arcade and grill, an indoor heated pool and outdoor heated pool, putt putt course, volleyball, basketball and bocce ball courts and horse shoe area. 

There are numerous golf courses within five miles. The new Hard Rock theme park is located nearby. Myrtle Beach, a primary resort destination is only a few miles north. Numerous restaurants, shopping and recreation opportunities are located all along The Grand Strand.

The house is a beautiful 3 year old, raised two story house located on a lake with an ocean view from large porches on both floors. The underneath area offers covered parking for three cars and decking to the bulkheaded lake. Fishing from this area is permitted.
