How do I switch property listings in an Ad Space?
On the My Account --> My Listings page, choose the listing you no longer wish to display, and click Edit. On the Edit a Property page, at the Ad Space drop down box, select "None" and then 'Save' the property. (It will go back into your listings display; you have the option to delete it.) Next, go to the property you would like to display (post) found in your listings display (if not already loaded, you may load a new one), click edit, and then choose an available "Space #" from the drop down box on the Edit a Property page, and then click 'Save'.How many photos can I upload per listing?
As many as 12 photos can be used in your property listing. The first photo selected will be the default thumbnail photo. The default thumbmnail photo displays on the property results page. There is no session time out as there is with listing data. Photos can be changed any time during the ad space term for a different photo. Simply login, go to 'my account' and go to 'my listings'.How much time do I have to load a listing? Can I save my listing?
Your session will time out after 30 minutes and all data will be lost. You can save your listing while still working on it, for completion later - but not display it on the web site live to buyers - by choosing 'None' for 'Ad Space' and click the 'Edit' button. To retrieve your listing, login, go to 'my account' and go to 'my listings'. The property will be displayed in your property list.What is a "Featured Property"?
"Featured Properties" display on the Home Page and on search results pages. Advertisers can promote a property listing in one of their ad spaces as one of the "Featured Properties", giving it additional exposure on those pages. Only properties with a location specific to the area being searched will be displayed on the respective search pages, and properties on the Home page will be rotated.What should I use for an address under LOCATION when uploading a listing?
This field must be completed - the property has to be identified - or your listing will not load. If the property lacks a civic address, then use a legal address, or any reference that might be used in an offer of purchase and sale. An address is also required for mapping purposes.Can I switch my 'Featured Ad' between properties?
Yes. A Featured Ad is not limited to one property listing. Listings may rotate during the 3 month term of a Featured Ad listing...simply replace your listing with another at any time, if you wish.
