  1. How do I switch property listings in an Ad Space?
    On the My Account --> My Listings page, choose the listing you no longer wish to display, and click Edit. On the Edit a Property page, at the Ad Space drop down box, select "INACTIVE" and then 'Save' the property. (It will go back into your listings display; you have the option to delete it.) Next, go to the property you would like to display (post) found in your listings display (if not already loaded, you may load a new one), click edit, and then choose an available "Space #" from the drop down box on the Edit a Property page, and then click 'Save'.

  2. How many photos can I upload per listing?
    As many as 16 photos can be used in your property listing. The first photo selected will be the default thumbnail photo. The default thumbnail photo displays on the property results page. There is no session time out as there is with listing data. Photos can be changed any time during the ad space term for a different photo. Simply login, go to 'my account' and go to 'my listings'.

  3. Can I save my listing data if it’s not loaded all at once?
    Yes, you can save your listing while still working on it, for completion later. It will display as 'INACTIVE' in your Ad Space/Single Listing field. It will not display on the web site live. Your listing will go live only when you assign an Ad Space # to it under that field: Ad Space/Single Listing. To retrieve your listing, login, go to 'my account' then go to 'my listings'. The property listing will be displayed in your listings list on "My Listings' page. Then choose 'Edit'. When your editing is complete go to the Ad Space/Single Listing field and assign an Ad Space/Listing # when ready to post live.


  4. What should I use for an address under LOCATION when uploading a listing?
    This field must be completed or your listing will not load. If the property lacks a typical civic address, then use any reference that might identify its location. An address on the site is searchable - even a street address lacking a # - and an address is also required for mapping purposes. The more complete the better.

  5. Can I switch my 'Featured Properties' Ad between property listings?
    Yes. A 'Featured Properties' Ad is not limited to solely one property listing. Listings may rotate - they are interchangeable - during the 6 month term of a 'Featured Properties' Ad ...simply replace your featured listing with another at any time if you wish, at no cost. If you have purchased only a 3 month term Ad Space, the balance of the term of the 'Featured Properties' ad can be used for a new Ad Space for 3 more months.

  6. How do I create my Advertiser Profile and Market article?
    Log in to your account. Go to 'My Profile', which you partially completed when you registered. Use the text editor to create your profile/bio and market article. You may upload up to 4 photos in your market article.
